Supremin
Supremin is a form of Phentermine hydrochloride sold in countries such as Poland, the Phillipines, and Hong Kong. From what sources suggest, it is a syrup instead of a pill using 5ml doses, which is about equal to 4mg. There are however some sources that suggest it to be something of a 200ml dose. If it is at 5ml, all doses within the United States seem to be at least 8mg, twice that of Supremin. But the highest doses found in the United doses stand at about 37.5mg due to severe side effects. Either way, Supremin is not an advisable form of Phentermine hydrochloride to seek out and use.
