There are so many things wrong with that sentence we don’t even know where to begin. First of all, HCG never required that you get injections. They have always provided oral options for the skiddish dieter. Second, there’s the fact that HCG doesn’t work. There’s a reason why women don’t lose weight while pregnant, at least not typically speaking. They gain a significant amount of weight and then spend months after working to take it off. Frankly, with the HCG diet in any form, you eat 500 calories per day max, you exercise, and you can expect to lose about 1 pound per day, 1/2 a pound per day for some people. You should be losing about that with a healthy diet and exercise plan that you don’t have to pay for! If you are obese, you lose more weight with the same diet plan in a shorter amount of time, because unless you have a serious medical disorder, your metabolism is actually natural higher than your constituent of a healthy weight. This being said, people only ever lose up to 1 pound per day with less than 1/2 the calories of a healthy diet. So in other words, when you use the HCG hormone, it may well be the real thing considering it actually slows down your weight loss results. But then again, that could also ultimately be attributed to the fact that your body is starving and acting accordingly to preserve itself.
