The locality or the location where a person lives has a deep
impact on their weight according to an Australian study which
was published in the International Journal of Obesity.
According to the survey conducted on 4913 men and women in
Melbourne it has been found that those living in the most
disadvantaged areas were likely to be heavier as compared
to those staying in rich regions. Weight loss is a must for
obese people residing in those areas.
It has been found in other studies that people with lower
income and lower education are at greater risk of being overweight
or obese. Living in poorer areas could be a more important
factor than a person's individual socioeconomic characteristics
as far as weight gain or obesity is concerned. Early findings
from this study have also suggested that a greater number
of take-away food outlets have been found in low socio-economic
areas. Phentermine
Diet pills are one of the safest methods of weight loss.
