A recently conducted research suggests that
the presence of calcium in milk and other dairy products appears
to help people lose weight. Three to four servings of dairy
products a day makes weight loss an easy affair. Higher intake
of dairy products increases the ability to burn fat and calories
from a meal.
In the past, studies have shown the weight loss benefits
of calcium, but this new research explains that calcium actually
accelerates fat burning and promotes weight loss. The study
insisted that the best diet benefits came from drinking milk,
but yogurt and cheese were also helpful in the weight loss
process. Therefore, drinking milk is a nice way of shedding
those extra pounds.
