The Ice Cube Diet is made to impress you with the idea that they could promote weight loss by suppressing your appetite but not actually requiring you to diet or exercise in the meantime. The problem is that if you eat healthy and eat lots of food, you are still going to do better than if you eat less but eat all fatty foods. Likewise, even if you stay on the same kinds of food, suppressing appetite alone isn’t going to make that big of a difference, and it won’t work with your metabolism as they say. They focus on use of the P57 hoodia variety which comes with a number of different problems, all leading up to the fact that you can’t legally get it outside of South Africa, the P57 variety doesn’t exist because the developing lab no longer exists, and hoodia has been disproven in every major clinical study. These are all essentially ways to say the same thing: the Ice Cube Diet won’t work.
