Hydroxycut Advanced
Hydroxycut Advanced comes from a line of products, of which 14 were recalled on May 1, 2009 due to FDA censor and warnings of death and acute renal failure among other things. It really should be among those products considering its use of withania somniferia which has actually been connected to acute liver failure. Yet they still continue to use this ingredient, as they have not yet determined exactly which ingredient or ingredients may be responsible for these widespread cases. Granted the FDA tends to take greater notice when there is a death. But it should also be considered that while Hydroxycut has some active weight loss ingredients, the high majority are caffeine based, and they use proprietary blends not actually covering the required and clinically proven amounts of those ingredients. All in all, the Hydroxycut Advanced formula does not provide the things most dieters are actually looking for such as weight loss as a basic example. So we would not suggest its use.
