FullBites
FullBites claims that you can lose weight and achieve greater results by using their little snack. They claim that FullBites will help you to suppress appetite while also achieving other results of course. This being said, you just use it 30 minutes before each meal with 8oz of water, and apparently it helps you with that. The problem is that realistically speaking, it doesn’t actually have this effect. Realistically speaking, it’s made of corn starch and vegetable oil. In other words, it’s basically potato chips, popcorn, or otherwise empty calories that will make you gain weight if anything, not lose weight. The only appetite suppression you will get would be from the water you drink, the 8oz of water that you drink which ideally speaking wouldn’t actually cost you anything. So obviously, there are better options out there, and you should definitely consider those instead.
