Barry’s Bootcamp
Barry’s Bootcamp focuses on the idea that their creator, Barry Jay, was an ordinary citizen just like you or me, until he took a desk job at a local gym. He was eating fast food, sitting around, not being healthy in short. But once he “found his calling”, he created these 5 videos to help you to lose weight and be healthier too. They sell quite a few t-shirts and otherwise, claiming to help you spend more money? Anyway, they talk about targeting certain areas of fat and otherwise. But the simple fact is that you really can’t target one area of fat. You can target areas of muscle, but it’s not exactly the same thing. This being said, they do claim to use cardio on each. But realistically speaking, we suspect that the cardio actually plays an extremely small role in it all. This being said, they focus on quite a few celebrity trainers as well as one celebrity seen on the Biggest Loser. This is always a bad sign, and it means that you are really paying for the celebrity endorsements more than anything else, which is always a BAD THING! We would not suggest wasting your money on Barry’s Bootcamp.
